How we think about the product
Every feature has to survive being used one-handed on a phone in direct sunlight. We'd rather cut a feature than ship one that only works well at a desk. And anything a customer needs from you — an estimate to sign, an invoice, an appointment reminder — should land in their inbox, ready to act on.
Where we're headed
We're a small team building for a market that's been stuck with spreadsheets, paper tickets, and group texts for a long time. That means we spend more time talking to the people who'll actually use this than we do guessing.
